Tim Aduddell is the Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Aduddell Industries, Inc., a publicly traded holding company with Aduddell Roofing and Enviro & Emergency Management Services, Inc. (E2MS), as its divisions. Mr. Aduddell is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of multi-million dollar construction industry leader Aduddell Roofing & Waterproofing Inc., which he founded in 1976.
Over the years, several recognition awards for roofing industry leadership and quality achievement have been presented to Mr. Aduddell. Moreover, under Mr. Aduddell’s leadership, Aduddell’s staff has the depth of experience and level of knowledge necessary to recommend and install the most appropriate and cost effective roofing systems for its varied, major client companies all over the country.
Ron Carte President & Chief Executive Officer
Ron Carte is our Chief Executive Officer of Aduddell Industries, Inc., a publicly traded holding company with Aduddell Roofing & Waterproofing as its primary subsidiary. Mr. Carte works closely with the firm’s New York-based Investor Relations firm, Cameron Associates, and with Sanders Morris Harris, the firm’s financial advisor. Mr. Carte has more than 30 years of senior-level management experience in banking, finance and corporate management.
David W. Aduddell

David Aduddell is the Vice-Chairman for Aduddell Industries, Inc. He also serves as the Director of Corporate Development for all subsidiary business units. He has uncommon strengths as a visionary, and works closely with all levels of our management. He is responsible for mergers, acquisitions, and integrating acquisitions into Aduddell Industries and preparing startups to stand alone as mature and profitable business units. Mr. Aduddell’s responsibilities also include strategic corporate planning, marketing, and major accounts programs. Earlier, he managed a firm that was designated the fastest growing privately held company in Oklahoma City, as well as one of five companies in the state to receive the top award by the Oklahoma Quality Award Foundation
Jerry Whitlock

Jerry Whitlock is the chairman and owner of Whitlock Packaging Corporation and has served in such capacities since 1980. Whitlock Packaging Corporation is the largest contract manufacturer for branded products in the juice industry and has production facilities in California, Georgia, New Jersey and Oklahoma. The company has a total of 1,600,000 square feet in all facilities and employs more than 1,000 production and management personnel. He is also the chairman and owner of Universal Promotions Services, LLC and serves on the board of directors of Strategic Food & Beverages, Inc.
Thomas Parrish

Tom Parrish has been the president of Parrish Interests, a real estate and investment firm, since 1999. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1999, he was president and chief executive officer of Southwestern Bank and Trust Company, and from 1979 to 1985, Mr. Parrish was the president of Exchange National bank. Mr. Parrish has more than 20 years experience in the commercial/consumer banking and real estate development industries. He serves on the board of directors and the audit committee of Aquis Communications Group, Inc. and First National Bank of Oklahoma.
Stanley G. Genega

Stan Genega retired in 1997 from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers after attaining the rank of Major General, U.S. Army. At the time, he was the Chief Operating Officer of a $4 billion per year agency with 27,000 employees and 900 locations in the United States. In this role, Mr. Genega regularly interfaced with James Lee Witt, Director of FEMA. Mr. Genega is a member of Aduddell Industries Board of Directors. He also is the Chairman of Aduddell Roofing & Waterproofing’s Advisory Board and is our Co-Operations Manager.
