A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT & CEO

It is important that our shareholders have confidence in the company they have invested in. Therefore, allow me to share a few things about our company you may not yet know.

2005 was a great year for Aduddell Industries: An experienced board of directors was established, key partnerships and alliances were made, a new subsidiary was formed, a new division was added, and record revenues and earnings were achieved for the second consecutive year. Building on previous successes and strategic partnerships, we are confident our future will be strong as well.

The newest Aduddell Industries subsidiary, Aduddell Enviro & Emergency Management Services, LLC, which we refer to as E2MS, will focus on disaster response and consequence management. It will compete globally for increased market share in this multi-billion-dollar industry. In so doing, E2MS will allow Aduddell Roofing to focus on its core competencies and continue to expand its commercial roofing and re-roofing opportunities across America. Randy Oberlag was named president of E2MS and his experience has proven valuable with the forming of a key partnership with James Lee Witt Associates, a leading crisis and emergency management consulting firm.

Aduddell Industries, Inc. has also added a new business unit with the acquisition of Merit Construction Services (MCS), a privately held concrete restoration company in St. Paul, Minnesota, known for its excellent reputation for premium workmanship and for completing jobs under budget and on time. Douglas Bruns, founder of MCS, will serve as president of the new Restoration Division. This acquisition supports our strategy to expand and strengthen the services provided by our core roofing business, and we are delighted to be able to bring Doug Bruns and his entire team into the Aduddell Industries family. We look forward to his contributions to the company.

Aduddell Industries has also formed important relationships with Sanders Morris Harris Group (SMH), a successful investment banking firm, and McAfee & Taft, a law firm that ranked number one in Oklahoma in the areas of corporate/mergers & acquisitions, employment law, general commercial litigation and real estate law by the Chambers USA Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2005.

Aduddell Industries, Inc. has also retained the services of Cameron Associates, Inc., a New York-based investor relations firm that provides strategic counsel to public companies. Cameron assists Aduddell Industries in broadening its financial market presence and in establishing new relationships with the investment community and the financial media. We believe that as investor and public relations advisor, Cameron Associates will play an integral role in helping us maximize shareholder value, and they will help us to deliver our company’s messages more effectively to the financial community and to the media.

Formed in 2005, Hickman Community Services, Inc is a strategic alliance between two of the roofing industry’s leading companies, Aduddell Roofing & Waterproofing, Inc., and W.P. Hickman Systems, Inc. The goal of the alliance is to provide U.S. Communities (http://www.uscommunities.org/) participating Public Agencies with an extremely compelling value resource in a critical area regarding the management of roofing assets wherever they are throughout the country.

One important short-term goal for Aduddell Industries is to establish a listing on a major stock exchange.

Though many exciting achievements and valuable relationships have been realized this year, our key objectives for the future remain clear:

1. To continue building Aduddell Roofing into the leading provider of commercial roofing systems, installation, maintenance, and repair services. Aduddell Roofing specializes in complex and difficult projects, which often mean a reduction in competition and increased margins. In addition, the company has developed a good reputation in the industry with high security jobs such as Los Alamos National Laboratories in New Mexico. Aduddell Roofing remains highly competitive, attributed in part to lower costs in workers compensation and insurance rates due to an effective safety program and an exceptional safety rating.

It is unusual for Aduddell Roofing to competitively bid on new construction because many jobs come from referrals and existing relationships. I encourage each of our shareholders to look for opportunities to introduce and recommend your company, Aduddell Roofing, to potential new customer relationships.

2. To grow E2MS into a leader in disaster response and consequence management. The company will continue to identify and acquire world-class talent and expanded alliances in order to help meet and expedite goals. E2MS plans to expand its service offerings into other areas in addition to roofing. Currently the company has an exclusive representation agreement with James Lee Witt Associates in several categories, including roofing and waterproofing, cooling towers, water purification, and bottled beverages.

3. Aduddell Industries intends to execute a well-defined business plan to grow a strong company comprised of successful and profitable business units. It is imperative to management that each business unit stands on its own and pays its own way. This means that, in addition to being available to respond to extraordinary events, each company will maintain profitability during normal business times.

Growth is planned internally through broadening the sales and marketing campaign, continuing to recruit quality team members, increasing our market research and awareness and continual readiness to respond and do Whatever It Takes to execute our plan and satisfy our customers.

Aduddell Industries plans to grow externally as well, through acquisitions of strategic and synergistic business enterprises. The company will utilize internal and external resources to identify potential candidates for acquisition. Management understands the potential risk with external growth through acquisitions and the integration of similar and disparate operations; therefore, Aduddell Industries will utilize the expertise and experience of Sanders Morris Harris Group and McAfee & Taft to assist in background research, corporate due diligence and financial structure of potential acquisition.

I want to personally thank all Aduddell Industries’ shareholders for their support and recognize how blessed our company has been. It is with great expectation and enthusiasm that we look to the future and pray for continued wisdom and success.

Sincerely,

Ron Carte
President and CEO
