Chairman & President

Tim Aduddell is the chairman and president of Aduddell Roofing & Waterproofing, a multimillion dollar construction industry leader, which he founded in 1976. Aduddell Roofing, based in Oklahoma City, has grown to be one of the nation’s industry leaders in its category. Under Mr. Aduddell’s leadership, integrity, quality and safety have been the hallmarks of Aduddell Roofing, which have enabled it to become a recognized leader in the roofing, sheet metal and waterproofing trades. Aduddell Roofing’s staff has the depth of experience and level of knowledge necessary to recommend and install the most appropriate and cost effective roofing systems for its varied major client companies all over the country and around the world.

Comptroller
Tammy Beard is the Comptroller at Aduddell Roofing. Ms. Beard has special expertise in construction industry financial matters. Earlier in her career, she was the Comptroller of a construction company. Ms. Beard has also been a Certified Public Accountant since 1993 and is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs and the AICPA organization. In addition, she has worked on corporate tax-related matters for more than 20 years. She has an accounting degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and a degree in marketing from Oklahoma State University.

Operations Department
Aduddell Roofing’s Operations Department is headed by Dallas Dye. Mr. Dye, Vice President of Operations, has been in the roofing industry for 15 years. Aduddell Roofing’s Operations Department is staffed by a large number of skilled craftsmen with years of experience in quality construction. During his impressive movement up the corporate ladder to his current role as Vice President of Operations, Mr. Dye has worked in all aspects of the industry from tearing off, to installation of all roofing systems, and installing custom sheet metal to complete metal roofing systems. He has served as project manager on numerous projects across the United States.

Design/Engineering
Andy Farl is Aduddell Roofing’s Vice President, Design and Engineering. His responsibilities include managing the Aduddell Roofing Estimating Department. Mr. Farl’s group has undergone a restructuring to enable Aduddell Roofing to seamlessly provide expanded professional services to our valued clients. Inherent in this restructuring is the recruitment of highly qualified new members to the Aduddell Roofing Estimating Department team. Mr. Farl has been in sales for the construction and industrial fields for 20 years. His work has taken him across the United States, Puerto Rico and Aruba. His experience covers all aspects of the roofing industry.

Major Accounts
Aduddell Roofing’s Vice President for Major Accounts is Howard Betsa. Mr. Betsa is a seasoned professional in the building and roofing industry with more than 25 years experience. Based in Atlanta, he has been the major accounts contact at Aduddell Roofing since 2003. Earlier in his career, Mr. Betsa was the Major Accounts Manager with the large W.P. Hickman Systems organization, which is a key supplier resource to Aduddell Roofing. He also has been a general contractor with projects totaling in excess of $18 million. In addition, Mr. Betsa has significant expertise in collaborating with architects on projects in such areas as higher education, manufacturing and retailing, governmental and military facilities, as well as hotels and resorts.

Purchasing Department
Johnnie D. Adair is Aduddell Roofing’s Purchasing Director. A seasoned executive with high-level management credentials, Mr. Adair was selected to head the procurement efforts for the entire Aduddell Roofing organization. Mr. Adair’s admirable performance in his past position at Aduddell Roofing as the Safety Director made him a natural choice for his leadership role in procurement. As Safety Director, Mr. Adair implemented numerous valuable safety programs. Before coming to Aduddell Roofing he was Senior Administrator at various hospitals.

Environmental/Safety
Ron Perryman manages the Safety Department and is Aduddell Roofing’s Safety Director. He has a background of 18 years in environmental and safety. Mr. Perryman is an EPA approved asbestos abatement supervisor; a lead-based abatement supervisor, and has completed the trainer course in Occupational Safety & Health Standards for Construction.

Governmental/Military Business Development
Joseph Holmes is in charge of Governmental and Military Business Development for Aduddell Roofing. Previously, Mr. Holmes was in Governmental Business Development with Flintco, one of the nation’s foremost construction companies. Mr. Holmes has strong construction industry knowledge from years both as a client and as an executive in construction-oriented companies. Earlier in his career, he was the Vice President of Operations for a publicly held wireless communications company with 56 systems throughout the United States. Mr. Holmes was responsible for site development, property purchase, design and building and he developed strong relationships with leading construction industry companies.

Project Management
Randy Cone is Project Manager with Aduddell Roofing, with special expertise in the area of corporate facilities construction and management. Mr. Cone is both a Certified Facilities Manager and licensed General Contractor, with more than 20 years expertise in both fields. Previously, he directed all construction and facilities operations in the Western U.S., Mexico and South America for high-tech leader Nortel Networks and has directed corporate real estate operations at Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank and Fleming Companies. His planning and project experience, including remodel and redevelopment, includes facilities ranging from stand-alone retail buildings to high-rise office towers in major metropolitan areas.

Research/Development
Jerald Breedlove is the executive responsible for numerous administrative tasks related to managing innovative proprietary research and development for Aduddell Roofing and its clients. Mr. Breedlove’s responsibilities also include office automation and computer support. He is especially proud to be a member of a cooperative office team that works hard to ensure Aduddell Roofing’s corporate officers have the information needed to run efficient client-focused operations.

Customer Service
Falba Woodard is the manager of the Customer Service Department, which provides ongoing support as well as vital project-based assistance to the major accounts at Aduddell Roofing. Tony Deaville, in addition to being a key customer service executive, serves as a vital link to Aduddell Roofing’s many union affiliates.

Strategic Advisor
Aduddell Roofing’s advisory resources include a very successful entrepreneur, Jerry Whitlock. Mr. Whitlock is a valued advisor in the areas of strategic planning and financial relations. Mr. Whitlock is the founder and chairman of Whitlock Packaging Corporation, Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma. Whitlock Packaging Corporation is the largest contract manufacturer for branded products in the juice industry in the United States. Under Mr. Whitlock’s leadership, the company has grown to have major contract manufacturing production facilities in California, Georgia, New Jersey and Oklahoma with a total of 1,600,000 sq. ft. in all facilities. The company employs more than 1,000 production and management personnel.
