Recurring Revenue
Our recurring revenue business model is based on the fact that the life of the average roof is 14 years. In addition, 75% of all roofing expenditures are atributable to re-roofing, restoration and repair (Source: 2004 National Roofing Contractors Association market survey). With Aduddell also offering maintenance services, we are able to keep ongoing conact with our customers which helps to cultivate long term relationships.
Roofing Market Overview
In the roofing market there are more than 50,000 companies with more than $25 billion in annual revenues. This is a highly fragmented industry which presents multiple candidates for aquisition by Aduddell Industries. No single company accounts for more than 1% of this market and most roofing companies are independent operators with limited access to capital for expansion. In addition, the re-roofing industry is ripe for a well capitalized national company like Aduddell Industries to bid for blue chip compay work. |
