Data Missing
Much of the time your browser’s BACK and
FORWARD buttons work exactly as you expect them to.
However, you may sometimes see a
DATA MISSING message. For
Web Mail to show your incoming email as soon as it arrives, certain pages
expire from your browser’s cache very quickly. The best way to avoid the
DATA MISSING message is to always use
Web Mail’s buttons and controls for navigation, instead of using your browser’s controls.
Message Contents Not Found
Under certain circumstances, you may see a
MESSAGE CONTENTS NOT FOUND error. If you
have an integrated POP3/Web-based email account, you may get this error when a
desktop email program (such as Eudora, Outlook, or Navigator/Communicator)
downloads a message while you’re trying to access it with Web Mail. To avoid
this situation, log out of your desktop email program before using Web Mail.
