With Web Mail, you can use folders to organize your mail into categories. In addition to the folders you create, Web Mail has three folders that cannot be removed or renamed: Inbox, Sent, and Trash. When new mail arrives at your account, it is automatically filed in your Inbox. If you have enabled the SAVE OUTGOING MAIL option in your mail preferences, a copy of each outgoing message is stored in your Sent folder. When you delete your messages, they are moved to the Trash folder.
Note: Folder names may contain only letters, numbers, periods ( . ), hyphens ( – ), and underscores ( _ ).
The FOLDERS page displays:
To open a folder, click its name, either from the FOLDERS page or in the navigation bar’s folder list (located on the left side of the screen).

Transferring messages between folders
By default, all incoming mail is delivered to your
INBOX. You can organize your mailbox by
transferring messages to other folders that you have created, or transferring
them to the TRASH folder for deletion.
In addition to moving an open message to a specific folder, messages can also be transferred between folders.
To transfer the message you’re currently reading:
Note: Transferring the message you are reading takes you to the next message in the folder.
To transfer messages directly from a folder:
Sorting messages
By default, the messages in your folders are sorted by
the date and time they were sent, with the most recent messages at the top of the list. The
DATE arrow at the top of the page
appears in a different color and points in a different direction from the other
arrows because your messages are sorted by this column.
The downward-pointing arrow indicates that the column is being sorted from most recent to oldest. To reverse the order, click the arrow. Your oldest messages will then be at the top of the list, and the arrow will point up.
You can also sort your messages by their sender or subject. For example, click the FROM label to sort your folder by the sender.
Moving around in a folder
If you have more than
10
messages in your folder, navigation
arrows appear at the upper-right side of the page, next to the folder’s name and
number of messages. Use these to move forward and backward through the folder.
You can jump directly to any page in the folder by using the GO TO feature, located at the lower-right side of the folder’s page.
