The E2MS team has also collectively built an unprecedented field-focused organization that is in a position to aggressively implement these strategies. James Lee Witt Associates is an important component in Aduddell Industries’ strategic plan for E2MS. Aduddell’s alliance with JLWA will greatly increase our management’s capacity and has built a world-class disaster recovery company with a special emphasis on pre-event services. In areas related to crisis and consequence management, JLWA assists public and private sector organizations in identifying threats that could impact their operations and developing effective continuity management programs. JLWA’s pre- and post-disaster services include developing or updating emergency management and business continuity plans, exercise and training programs, communications plans for employees, clients and/or tenants, and oversight of engineering and construction services. JLWA provides on-site assistance in the event of a disaster, including: Staff and equipment, expert evaluation, and estimation of damages.
